OUR CAPABILITIES
With a state of the art bottling and labeling facility we now have the ability to bottle Olive Oil, Vinegar and other products in a variety of different bottle types and sizes as well as apply your custom label and brand specifications to the product.
Kensington Food Company has specialized in Private Label Gourmet Food Products for years but with the small restriction of requiring you to use our standard 250ML Dorica Bottle that we stock in our warehouse. Now, with the addition of this new bottling and labeling facility, we can allow individuals who have different and specific bottle requirements to move forward with their dream brand; without long delays or insanely high minimums.

We have a state of the art bottling line that can produce up to 500 Bottles an Hour. We can do many sizes, shapes and even metal tin filling.

We have a state of the art Bag-In-Box Packaging Platform that can handle sizes (bags) ranging from 1 Liter to 20 Liters. We have resources to assist you with securing the required bags and even the boxes for your project needs.

We have a full service pillow pouch packaging machine that allows us to do all sizes of pillow pouches for Oil, Vinegar, Blends and even spices. We can do small single serve packets like seen in the phot above and even larger full size pouches for salad dressings.

We have personnel that are ServSafe Certified, PCQI Certified, Food Safety Certified, FSVP Certified, Certified Olive Oil Sommelier, Certified Balsamic Analyst and of course Forklift Certified.
